A Secondary School in Woking is looking to recruit a Maths Teacher to start in October 2024. This temporary position, with the potential to become permanent, involves teaching Maths to KS3 and KS4 students. The school was rated "Good" in all areas in its most recent Ofsted inspection.

Overview:

The school are looking for a dedicated Maths Teacher to join a Secondary School in the Woking area. The role begins in September on a long-term contract, with the potential for a permanent position. The ideal candidate will teach Maths to KS3 and KS4 students within a supportive department. We encourage applications from teachers with secondary-level teaching experience, even if Maths is not their primary specialisation.

Requirements:

-           

-          Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification is preferred.

-          A degree in Mathematics or a related discipline is required.

-          Overseas-trained teachers with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

-          Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for teaching are essential.

-          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

-          The ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential is important.

-          Experience working with secondary school students is advantageous but not mandatory.
