Qualifications

* 10+ years’ experience as a qualified HVAC Engineer.

* Proven experience managing and coordinating large teams.

* Job costing and P&L management experience preferred.

* Strong people management and technical skills.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Detail-oriented with high accuracy.

* Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.

* Innovative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

* Oversee P&L and Working Capital for Services and Maintenance.

* Develop and implement top-tier customer service in HVAC.

* Collaborate with Technical Sales and Business Development to identify and seize opportunities.

* Ensure accurate and timely quotations and bids.

* Support project scopes with minimal disruption to services.

* Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospective customers.

* Manage and develop team leads and direct reports.

* Communicate company strategy and lead change initiatives.

* Identify and implement product line improvements.

* Engage in marketing and PR to maximise exposure and opportunities.

* Promote TEXO Group and facilitate cross-divisional opportunities.
