Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC , you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC , will be responsible for:

* Undertake the maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment.

* Delivering to the highest level of service for the client.

* Answering queries, overseeing planned PPM/compliance works and keeping the client informed of site activities.

* You will be assisting contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations and completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.

* You should be capable of having a flexible approach to work and working hours, with a pro-active and positive approach to work.

* You will be expected to effectively prioritise your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required.

To be successful for this Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC role you must have:

* Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.

* Full current driving licence.

* Also, knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.

* Available to join a call out rota

* It is essential you can carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg, be able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment,
