Salary: Up to £16.50 dependent on experience and skills

Fabricator / Welder– The Role:
An exciting position has become available for a full-time Fabricator / Welder, based in Hartlebury, Worcestershire.
Tasks and responsibilities.
• Assemble and fabricate metal components based on drawings and specifications,
• Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure accurate measurements and dimensions,
• Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and weld metal pieces,
• Operate welding equipment to join metal parts together using various welding techniques (e.g., MIG & TIG),
• Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet the required specifications,
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Fabricator / Welder – Skills/Qualifications:
The Ideal Candidate will have a flexible attitude to work, along with the ability to work unsupervised.
• Proven experience as a fabricator/welder or similar role,
• Proficient in sheet metal fabrication techniques,
• Strong welding skills, including the ability to weld various types of metals,
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in metal fabrication,
• Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and make adjustments as needed,
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications,
• Good understanding of safety procedures and practices in a manufacturing environment.
