About The Role
We are a 34 bed home split into two areas. One area supports 11 individuals with learning disabilities and dementia. The main part of the building supports 23 adults with mental health diagnosis who we supported following hospital discharges. We provide a step down from hospital, transitioning individuals back into the community. Some of the individuals we support include David, who loves helping out in the garden and Joan loves helping us in the office filing paperwork All of the individuals we support are usually up for a party, we’ve thrown everything from a hoedown to celebrating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee We love bingo, all things music, oh and we absolutely love making pizzas We achieve all this and much more thanks to our team who believe in us all and help us to overcome any challenges we face day to day.
