Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding application support for company's suite of software products
Diagnose software errors and collaborate with developers on bug fixes
Identify and resolve data and reporting issues, coordinating reissues with external data providers
Offer training, support, and troubleshooting to clients via phone and email
Assist clients in accessing and utilising company data analysis and planning softwareRequirements:
Highly computer literate with good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications
Strong mathematical and statistical skills
Comfortable working with large data sets and conducting detailed analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional telephone manner
