Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging history lessons in line with the national curriculum
Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical inquiry and a love for history
Utilise a variety of teaching methods to reach students of all abilities and backgrounds
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support
Work collaboratively with colleagues and engage in school-wide initiatives to support student development
Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge in history, with a commitment to inspiring students
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs
Team-oriented and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude towards school community involvement
