Contract Details: Permanent, full time

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am - 3pm

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 OTE (realistic earnings within the first year)

About Our Client:

Our client is a leading company within their industry and operates on a global level. As their business continues to grow, our client is seeking an additional Junior Purchasing Executive to service existing clients, develop new relationships, and expand their operations.

Early Friday finishResponsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients
Purchase large volumes of electronic components from worldwide clients
Resell electronic components to existing buyers globally
Meet targets and drive business growth
Collaborate effectively within a team environmentEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

A strong desire to learn
Motivation to achieve targets and maximise earnings
Proven ability to prospect and target new suppliers using various outreach platforms
Strong negotiation skills to secure the lowest possible purchase price
Excellent organisational skills and the capability to handle import/export documentation
Ability to liaise with suppliers and buyers across different time zones
Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and the wider MS Office package
Articulate communicator- Bonus: Proficiency in a second language
