Assistant Quantity Surveyor

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll play an integral role in supporting the senior surveying team on a variety of exciting projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to develop their career within the construction industry, with a focus on pre-cast concrete manufacturing and installation. You'll assist with managing project costs, contracts, and budgets while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining high-quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

* A degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

* Some prior experience in quantity surveying or the construction industry is desirable but not essential.

* Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with construction-specific software such as CostX or Buildsoft is a plus.

* A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

* A keen desire to learn and grow within the Quantity Surveying profession.
