The School and Role
A brilliant and inclusive primary school, their school places a strong emphasis on behaviour and environment for learning, particularly through interests, active and engaging activities, and developing a love for lifelong reading.
They are seeking a enthusiastic and energetic Year 6 Teacher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Key Stage 2 and be enthusiastic about promoting reading for pleasure among young learners. As a Year 6 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in laying the foundation for our students' academic success and helping them develop a love for learning that will last a lifetime.
Requirement
To be considered for the role as a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to providing high-quality education.
Excellent knowledge of the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum, able to present a curriculum that is demanding, stimulating and sustaining pupils interest.
Attend and take part in additional CPD sessions.
Enhanced and varied classroom management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
Supply and participating and interactive lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum.
Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of pupils and encourage a love of learning.
Actively record, assess and monitor progress and adapt based on a well-rounded view.
