Requirements:

Payroll Administration and Payroll Management skills

Experience in handling Garnishments and Payroll Taxes

Knowledge of Employee Benefits

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing

Proficiency in payroll software and systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the accurate and timely processing of monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly payroll for all employees.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and company policies.

Prepare and submit statutory filings such as tax returns, pension contributions, and end-of-year reports.

Maintain and optimise payroll systems and software.

Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

Provide guidance to employees regarding payslips, tax codes, or deductions.

Support the payroll team, ensuring high standards of accuracy and performance.

Train and develop team members to stay updated on industry practices and regulations.

Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy
