About the Role:
This role will be based out our brand-new World of Hearing store, the store is a concept that focuses on providing comprehensive hearing care services and products in a specialised, customer-centric environment. It is designed to offer an immersive experience that enhances the journey for individuals seeking hearing solutions. The World of Hearing stores typically feature the following elements:
Innovative Technology: Cutting-edge hearing aids and devices are showcased, allowing customers to experience the latest advancements in hearing technology.
Interactive Experience: Customers can interact with various hearing solutions and receive hands-on demonstrations to better understand the benefits and functionalities of different products.
Personalised Service: Expert audiologists and hearing care professionals provide tailored consultations, ensuring each customer receives the most suitable hearing care solution based on their individual needs.
Comprehensive Assessments: Advanced hearing tests and assessments are conducted to accurately diagnose hearing issues and recommend appropriate treatments.

Person Specification:
BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration.
2+ years post qualification experience.
Consistent clinical audit results.
Completion of CPD requirements.
Achievement of commercial targets.
Deep understanding of audiological principles and good administrative skills.
