About the Role:

As a Panel Beater at MG Cannon, you’ll play a crucial role in restoring a wide variety of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models, to their pre-accident condition. You’ll handle everything from minor repairs to complex panel replacements, ensuring every job meets our rigorous standards and manufacturer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform a range of panel repairs: straightening, filing, sanding, and replacing vehicle body parts

* Use specialized tools to reshape, align, and fit panels, carrying out welding tasks as required

* Complete repairs to BSI PAS 10125 standards and manufacturer guidelines

* Conduct thorough damage assessments to plan effective repairs

* Work collaboratively to maintain efficient workflow and communication

* Adhere to Health & Safety protocols, ensuring a safe, organized workspace

About You:

We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Panel Beater with:

* Proven experience in vehicle body repair, with a focus on precision and quality

* Knowledge of both traditional and modern vehicles, including electric and hybrid models

* Ability to work independently as well as within a team setting

* ATA/NVQ qualifications in vehicle body repair (preferred but not essential; training and support for certification renewals are available)

* A proactive, flexible approach to work and problem-solving
