Salary: up to £26,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00

Are you an organised and proactive professional with experience in warehouse operations and customer service? We are looking for a versatile Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in managing inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

About the Role:

This isn't your average Warehouse Operative role. In this dynamic role you will play a crucial part in our client's operation, supporting in multiples areas. You will be part of a small team, handling customer enquiries and operating the Inventory Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat, delivering excellent service.
Resolve queries and communicate effectively with customers regarding orders and stock availability.
Operate and maintain the Smart inventory management system to track and control stock levels.
Conduct stocktaking and daily stock control to ensure accurate records and smooth operations.
Process goods-in, verify receipts, and organise deliveries.
Pick and pack orders efficiently to meet customer expectations.
Perform general warehouse duties, including maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
Support the wider team to ensure the warehouse operates effectively and meets deadlineAbout You:
