Web Project Manager
Holbeck, Leeds, LS12 6NJ – Hybrid position

*    Full time, permanent (4 days in office per week)
*    Up to £35,000 per annum

The Role

As our new Web Project Manager, you’ll oversee the development of our high-quality WordPress websites, using Elementor for client-friendly updates.

Key Responsibilities:

*    Project Management: Oversee web projects from launch to redesign, ensuring timely delivery
*    Scope & Timeline Management: Define goals, timelines, and deliverables for on-time completion
*    Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary contact between clients, developers, and stakeholders
*    Budget Management: Monitor budgets to ensure financial targets are met
*    Team Coordination: Collaborate with designers, developers, and SEO specialists
*    Quality Assurance: Lead testing and ensure high-quality project execution
*    Risk Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
*    Client Relations: Build strong relationships and translate client needs into tasks
*    Post-Launch Support: Provide ongoing support, feedback collection, and improvements
*    Upselling: Identify opportunities for additional services to enhance projects

The Ideal Candidate

We're seeking an organised, client-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a strong cultural fit with our team. About you:

*    Proven experience in web project management with a successful track record
*    Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal), HTML/CSS, and SEO
*    Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
*    Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
*    Problem-solving abilities, with effective solutions for project challenges
*    Skilled in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace)
*    High attention to detail, ensuring all projects meet specifications and quality standards
