An outstanding Catholic primary school in Haringey are looking for a PPA teacher to join their staff team from January on a part-time basis (4 days).

The Role

In this role you will be covering classes from Reception to Year 6 to provide class teachers cover for planning preparation and assessment. You will work alongside the class teachers to arrange what is required for each lesson. For the most part the planning will be provided, although you may have some input in certain classes/subjects.

Your 4 working days will be timetabled, but you will need to be flexible and adaptable to cover absences or changes at the last minute across the whole school.

This is offered on a part-time contract basis from January 2025 to July 2025.

You must hold QTS and have a minimum of 1 years teaching experience

You should have experience teaching across all primary year groups and have good curriculum knowledge and a positive approach to classroom management.

This welcoming Catholic primary school is based in the Muswell Hill area of Haringey and is rated outstanding by Ofsted.  The school has a core Catholic ethos and follows an exciting and aspirational curriculum taught through half termly topics which offer pupils the opportunity to explore, enquire and reflect. There is a wide range of enriched learning experiences and extra-curricular activities for pupils. Staff our encouraged to follow their own career development through regular training and CPD opportunities.
