Empowering Learning is recruiting Psychology Graduates to support a SEND School in Southwark, London. The role would be working as a Therapeutic Learning Support Assistant supporting pupils from the ages of 11-19 with a primary diagnosis of Autism. Experience in supporting pupils with SEND needs is desirable but not essential. You will work on a full-time basis on-site in a therapeutic and nurturing environment.

Experience in supporting children or young adults with SEND needs is desirable but is not essential
Able to de-escalate and support emotional regulation
Valid DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one
