Forklift Counterbalance - Role and Responsibilities:

* Take responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered

* Carry out effective communications

* Ensure tasks are completed efficiently

* Moving Goods packed or in crates around the storage facility

* stacking goods in the correct bays

* loading and unloading goods from vehicles

* help unload and load by hand if and when necessary

Forklift Counterbalance - Skills and Experience:

* Must have the relevant documents – (Forklift counterbalance certificate/card)

* Pallet network experience

* Excellent level of English written and verbal

* The ability to prioritise and work on your own initiative when under pressure.

* A drive and enthusiasm to grab hold of opportunities

* A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a must
