Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in programming 3/5 axis milling machines using Hypermill, with prior experience in Fanuc controls, Siemens and Hurco being beneficial. CAD/CAM experience is essential for this role.

Responsibilities
Program 3/5 axis milling machines using Hypermill to produce high-quality components
Work with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes
Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications

* Proven experience programming 3/5 axis milling machines using Hypermill

* Proficiency in operating CNC machines with prior experience in Fanuc controls, and familiarity with Siemens and Hurco being beneficial

* CAD/CAM experience is essential

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

* Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols

Day-to-day

* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand and execute machining requirements

* Program CNC machines using Hypermill software

* Monitor machining processes to ensure quality and efficiency

* Troubleshoot any programming or machine operation issues as they arise
