Role Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at our Horsham site. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical operations, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring the effective and safe delivery of electrical services within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and lead the electrical team to deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services across the site.

* Ensure all electrical work is compliant with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.

* Manage and prioritize electrical maintenance tasks and requests, including preventive and reactive maintenance.

* Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring efficiency and high standards are maintained.

* Maintain accurate records of work completed, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.

* Perform routine inspections, fault diagnosis, and repairs to electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure.

* Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the facility.

* Monitor stock levels of electrical parts and materials and place orders when necessary.

* Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

* A recognized electrical qualification (e.g.,18th Edition, City & Guilds 2365, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).

* Proven experience in electrical maintenance and supervisory roles, ideally within a facilities management or industrial environment.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

* In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, health and safety regulations, and best practices.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

* Full driving license (if applicable) may be required for site visits.

Shift Details:

* Shift Pattern: 4 On, 4 Off

* Hours: 7am - 7pm

* Days Only
