About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Hoist Operator to join our team for a long-term project in City of Westminster. This project aims to transform an outdated industrial site into modern, high-quality residential apartments of various sizes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hoist Operation: Safely operate the hoist to transport materials and equipment to different levels of the construction site.
* Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
* Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular checks and maintenance on the hoist equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
* Coordination: Work closely with site managers and other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
* Load Management: Securely load and unload materials to prevent damage and ensure safety.
* Communication: Maintain clear communication with ground personnel and other operators.
Requirements:
* Experience: Proven experience as a Hoist Operator.
* Certification: Must hold a valid CPCS Hoist ticket.
* Needs to have medical Certificate.
* Availability: Must be available to start on 13/11/24
* Work Hours: Able to work from 8am to 6pm, with 9.5 hours paid daily
