As a Deputy Manager, you will:

Support the Home Manager in ensuring high-quality care.
Make autonomous decisions while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.
Lead, develop, and support your team.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Develop meaningful activities and community links.The Deputy Manager role comes with an attractive package, including:
