The Role

As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you will work within the People, Talent & Culture Team to lead employee learning and development across ZTP. You will work cross-functionally to understand ZTP’s learning needs before designing and delivering corresponding development programs in a multitude of learning formats, including a mentor program.

Additionally, you will be responsible for Performance Management, which monitors past performance, but also couples that with Performance Development, which focuses on ongoing and future performance.

Outcomes

*Design and deliver a effective learning program, developed from the baseline existing program.

*Develop and operate a clear needs assessment and reporting structure to monitor success.

*Foster a culture of coaching and learning within ZTP to drive engagement from all stakeholders.

*Continuously drive learning & development within ZTP, enabling us to achieve our goals and objectives.

*Handle unexpected L&D situations to the benefit of the company’s outcomes and values.

*Enable the success of all ZTP employees.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Learning Program Facilitation, Design & Delivery

*Develop, implement, and deliver engaging learning programs, workshops, and training sessions (both online and in-person).

*Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions.

*Support the design of e-learning modules, using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital tools.

*Facilitate and at times deliver leadership development training.

Needs Assessment & Analysis

*Conduct training needs assessments (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization.

*Analyse employee performance data and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

Content Creation & Management

*Create training materials, including presentations, guides, and job aids.

*Maintain an up-to-date library of learning resources and ensure content is relevant and accessible.

Stakeholder Engagement

*Partner with internal stakeholders (HR, department heads, senior leaders) to align L&D initiatives with business goals.

*Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking development opportunities.

*Design and create mentoring and coaching programs that support and contribute to employee growth and fulfilment.

*Provide coaching and mentoring to individual employees.

Evaluation & Reporting

*Measure the impact of training programs using surveys, assessments, and feedback mechanisms.

*Prepare regular reports on training activities, participation rates, and ROI for senior management.

*Use data to make recommendations about alterations to the L&D approach that may deliver greater results.

*Collaborate and work cross functionally with all departments and teams across ZTP to build and maintain meaningful relationships.

Continuous Improvement

*Stay up to date with L&D best practices, industry trends, and new learning technologies.

*Recommend innovative learning solutions to drive a culture of continuous improvement and lifelong learning.

*Influence and develop leaders to promote a performance culture through effective utilization of tools such as Talent Planning, including Career Planning Partnership and Performance Reviews.

Strategy, Vision, Objectives & Operations

*Ensure the ZTP’s culture and brand are visible and consistent in training and development services.

*Conduct a skills and capability assessment/building a skills and capabilities portfolio for the Company.

*Develop a coaching culture across ZTP.

**Essential Experience Requirements**

*5+ years experience in roles responsible for high potential development, leadership development, senior level group facilitation, organisational development or related areas

**Essential Education & Qualification Requirements**

*L&D Qualifications CIPD Level 3 & 5

*Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources or related field required

**Desirable Education & Qualification Requirements**

*L&D Qualification CIPD Level 7

*Equivalent combination of education and related experience
