Core Responsibilities

Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications, building on your prior administrative knowledge to meet evolving business needs.
Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to deliver tailored solutions that improve efficiency and processes.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues with minimal disruption to operations.
Stay current with Salesforce trends and innovations to continuously enhance the platform.
Support and mentor less experienced team members, contributing to overall team growth and success. 
Core Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator / Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record of successful system management and development projects.
Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning. Familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft or Data Loader is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset and an ability to adapt to new challenges.
Salesforce Developer certification (or willingness to achieve one) is advantageous.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira is beneficial. 
Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire commute from Kettering, Bedford, Peterborough, Milton Keynes, Wellingborough etc
