Surgical Care Practitioner – Robotics
Location: Central London, UK
Salary: £53,000 – £57,000 p/a + Shift Allowance + Golden Hello
Role: Permanent, Full-Time – 37.5hrs a week
Are you a Surgical Care Practitioner with strong Robotics or Gynae experience. One of London’s leading private hospitals is on the lookout for an experienced Surgical Care Practitioner. Where equipment and technology are second to none, you’ll be part of an exciting new venture, in a new phase of growth for the hospital.
With 7 theatres, Including hybrid theatres, a robotic surgery suite and 3 laminar flow theatres for orthopaedic surgery. There are many complex procedures carried out daily, across a range of specialities, including: Orthopaedics, Robotics and Urology, General, Gynae, Breast and Spinal.
Your responsibilities as Surgical Care Practitioner will include:
* To support Robotic surgery within the department
* To provide clinical bedside assistance, with responsibility to the consultant surgeon
* Day-to-day work under the direction of the operating surgeon and as a member of the surgical care team

The Ideal candidate:
* Registered as a UK NMC or HCPC ODP
* Strong Robotics or Gynae experience
* Qualified Surgical Care Practitioner (SCP)
* SFA qualification
* Experience in Theatre nursing
* Previous 18 months exp in a similar role
