Position: Experienced Teaching Assistant

Location: Bournemouth

Pay: £12.82 an hour

Start date: October start

Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30-15:30

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children, especially those with additional learning needs, SEN, or behavioural challenges
Ability to manage behaviour effectively and use initiative to support pupils
A positive, patient, and nurturing attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with staff, parents, and other professionals

To work with GSL Education as an Experienced Teaching Assistant, you should:

Have the right to work in the UK.
Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
