Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 1 teacher looking for your next opportunity?
We have an exciting position available at a 'Good' rated one-form entry community school in B18, where you can make a real impact in the lives of young learners.

About the Role: We are looking for a passionate Year 1 Class Teacher to join a warm and supportive school environment. You will be responsible for teaching and nurturing a vibrant class of Year 1 pupils, ensuring they receive the best possible start to their educational journey.

As part of the role, you will also cover PPA on Friday afternoons, giving you a dedicated time to focus on your planning and development. The school has easy-to-use planning software to make this process more streamlined and efficient.

On Activity Hub days, you will enjoy long lunches.

Responsibilities:
* Teaching and supporting Year 1 students in line with the national curriculum
* Providing engaging, creative, and effective lessons
* Managing classroom behavior and fostering a positive learning environment
* Planning and delivering high-quality lessons with the help of easy-to-use planning software
* Providing PPA cover on Friday afternoons
* Participating in school-wide activities and events
* Working closely with other teachers and support staff to enhance the school community
