We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic KS3 Maths Teacher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will inspire young minds, cultivate a love for mathematics, and create an engaging and supportive classroom atmosphere. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality maths lessons that cater to a diverse range of abilities, helping each student to thrive and succeed.
The Role:
Plan and deliver stimulating and differentiated maths lessons for KS3 students.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active participation.
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.
Qualifications and Requirement:
A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience teaching KS3 Maths, with a track record of excellent student outcomes.
Strong knowledge of the KS3 Maths curriculum and assessment requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
