Role Overview: As a Health & Safety Advisor, you will be pivotal in ensuring that our client's operations adhere to the highest standards of safety and compliance. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, identifying hazards, and promoting health and safety best practices within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular health and safety audits across offices and operational sites

* Provide expert advice on health and safety regulations and procedures

* Assist in the creation and implementation of safety policies and risk assessments

* Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure adherence

* Organize training programs to promote a culture of safety across teams

* Investigate accidents and incidents, producing reports and recommending corrective actions

* Support the leadership team in maintaining high safety standards across all areas of the business

Requirements:

* Proven experience in health and safety advisory roles, preferably within facilities management or similar industries

* In-depth knowledge of UK health and safety legislation

* NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification (desired)

* Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels

* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

* Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
