What Will You Be Doing?

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our growth efforts, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. Here’s what you’ll be up to:

* Creating New Opportunities: You’ll source and generate leads, helping to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.

* Engaging Prospects: From cold calls to email campaigns and social media outreach, you’ll engage new clients and spark interest in our solutions.

* Building Relationships: By understanding clients’ needs, you’ll offer tailored solutions that showcase IRIS’s value.

* Managing Pipelines: You’ll keep track of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation.

* Collaborating Across Teams: Working with our sales, marketing, and product teams, you’ll contribute to strategies that drive results.

* Staying Industry-Savvy: You’ll stay informed about industry trends and market insights, always looking for new opportunities.

* Performance Reporting: You’ll provide regular updates on your progress, sharing insights with our management team.

How Does Our Application Process Work?

Here’s what to expect in our application process:

1. Apply Online: Submit your CV and answer a few quick questions to get started.

2. Short Pre-Recorded Video Interview: If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to complete a brief pre-recorded video interview. This is your chance to introduce yourself and give us a sense of your personality and enthusiasm for the role.

3. Initial Interview and Online Assessment: After the video interview, we’ll arrange an initial interview with a member of our Talent Team and send you an online assessment to complete.

4. Group Assessment Day: Join us on 11 or 12 December at our Manchester office (M1 4DY). You’ll take part in a group exercise and roleplay activity alongside candidates for our Customer Renewals roles. This is your chance to show us your skills and experience IRIS’s culture firsthand
