Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and nurturing primary school? This exciting full-time opportunity in Barnet offers you the chance to work with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils, delivering engaging lessons and supporting their educational journey. Application Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must:

• Hold HLTA status or equivalent qualifications.
• Have at least one year of experience working in a UK primary school.
• Demonstrate strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Be passionate about supporting children’s education and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver planned lessons to groups or whole classes in the absence of the teacher.
• Work with teachers to plan and implement engaging learning activities.
• Provide tailored support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assist in assessing pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
