We work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.

Gilmartins are looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Carpenter Multi Trader with additional trades such as basic plumbing & electrics, patch plastering, Tiling, Groundworks skills. The ideal trades person will have worked in social housing.

The work will be across Hemel Hempstead and Watford. Properties are situated across all of these areas so there will be regular travel as a requirement of the job.

Experienced Carpenter Multi Trader:

The role is to -

* Carry out property repairs and maintenance works – social housing

* Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job

Requirements for Job:

* Full valid UK driving license

* Own tools

* Experience of working in social housing

* Skilled Worker CSCS card ideally (if qualified)

* DBS certificate

Hours of work are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday or Sunday in 4 required. Saturdays/Sundays are paid extra to salary at standard rate
