Jane Lewis is a leading healthcare agency that puts people first, we are committed to delivering high-quality care and supporting those most vulnerable.

As this is an agency position you would be offered shifts in a variety of learning disability and mental health support services, supporting a range of individuals with varying needs. We do work with several services in the area, so there will be the opportunity to work with adults living with learning disabilities.

As an Agency Support Worker, we can offer you:

Pay Rate: £12.34 - £14.84 (Inclusive of Holiday Pay)
24/7 support from our friendly branch team
Comprehensive free training
Opportunity for further development, including access to NVQ’s
Weekly Pay
£500 Refer a Nurse scheme*
£150 guaranteed if we cannot get you work within 14 days of sign off** 
If you:

Are over the age of 18 to apply
Have the right to work in the UK without the need for sp0ns0rship
Have 6 months prior experience in a UK-based healthcare setting
Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector

Can build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector
Registered with Social Care Wales
