A exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to become part of a busy and highly effective team with a company who are committed to staff satisfaction and career development.

The vacancy is in the Battersea, SW11.  If you would like to work for a well-known brand that specialises in Residential Lettings, Sales and Property Management and is one of the largest Independent Estate Agents, then this could be perfect for you.

The ideal candidates will have previous experience in Property Management: You will have a natural diplomacy and will be decisive when faced with difficult problems; you will also need to be highly organised and be able to prioritise your workload as you will be managing a large portfolio of properties. Most importantly, you will need to maintain the first-class customer service to Landlords and Tenants that the company prides itself on.

The Company: Our client is an Independent Sales and Lettings agency with offices in London which offers expert advice in all areas of sales and lettings.

Skills required for this Property Manager (Residential Lettings) role will include:

Experienced Property Manager
Solid knowledge of current Lettings legislation
Customer focused
Great telephone manner and positive attitude
Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively
Knowledge of the South West London area helpful
Full Driving License essential
Strong administrations skills
Thoroughly professional approach to Property Management
