About the Role

As a Hospitality and PSHE Teacher, you will:

* Deliver engaging Hospitality lessons, teaching food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen safety, and the principles of the hospitality industry.

* Facilitate PSHE sessions covering mental health, relationships, careers, financial literacy, and other essential life skills.

* Organize and manage resources for practical lessons, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Work collaboratively with other departments and participate in school-wide initiatives like health weeks and charity events.

* Support the pastoral development of students, creating a safe and inclusive environment for open discussions on sensitive topics.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

* Experience teaching Hospitality/Food Technology and/or PSHE at a secondary level.

* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire students.
