Job Title: IT Technician
Location: Elland (Hybrid)
Salary: >£38,000 + benefits

With over 30 years' experience our client is the UK's largest Passive Fire Protection & Fire Stopping company.

Experience:

Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft products, including Power Apps.
Proven experience in user setups and configurations via AD or Entra.
Hands-on experience with hardware repairs and maintenance.
Strong background in SharePoint management and development.
Ability to develop and maintain scripts & automation tools such as PowerShell. (Desired)
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide face-to-face support.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Networking experience, including basic configuration and troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, and VPN connections. Qualifications:

Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform, CompTIA A+, CCNA). Other attributes:
Excellent customer service and communication skills is crucial and at the heart of this role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
High level of professionalism and a strong customer service orientation.
