Qualified Teacher – The Role
We are working closely with vibrant, diverse, and innovative schools. The schools are well-equipped and provide progressive outcomes for pupils. They are focussed on engaging students and give educators creative license to engage these students in varied ways.
In this role, you will be delivering English lessons to classes of students with varied ability levels. You must be a committed practitioner, displaying excellent behaviour management and looking to achieve the highest standards in teaching and learning.
Ideally, you will have previous experience of teaching Englis hto students from KS3 to KS4. This role will have you working closely with a dedicated Trust where you will benefit from understanding the behaviour policy as well as the exam boards and teaching methods employed across schools in the Trust.
As an English Teacher, you will have the support of a cohesive and committed team of teachers and teaching assistants, working collaboratively to maintain high standards and expectations, plus: a well-equipped department. The successful teacher will be provided with a comprehensive induction package and a wide range of CPD opportunities for all staff.
