Essential: DBS, EWC and Welsh Speaking

Tradewind Recruitment are actively recruiting a Welsh Speaking Primary Teaching Assistant to make a positive impact in one of our Primary schools in Wrexham.

The role includes:

1:1 and small group support to an identified group of students, delivering engaging lessons tailored to a range of abilities, ensuring their individual learning needs are met.
Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Assisting in the organisation and preparation of learning materials for a dynamic educational setting.
Maintaining transparent communication with teachers, parents, and stakeholders is integral to supporting the overall development of students.Requirements:

Experience working in schools or a similar educational environment - essential
Welsh speaking - essential
A genuine passion for supporting children and young people including those with special needs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to fostering a supportive educational environment
Hold an enhanced DBS and EWC
