About the role:

Design and deliver a dynamic curriculum that showcases a wide range of sports, fitness exercises, and physical challenges, igniting a passion for health and active living in students.
Cultivate core motor skills, coordination, and body awareness, empowering students to develop self-assurance and a strong physical base.
Adapt lessons to suit varying skill levels, ensuring inclusive participation and inspiring every student to strive toward their personal best.
Instil values of collaboration, fair play, and respect, helping students build strong interpersonal skills and a healthy perspective on competition.
Champion extracurricular sports clubs and coordinate school-wide athletic events, encouraging active involvement beyond the classroom and fostering a vibrant, fitness-focused community.
The ideal candidate must:

Have the right to work within the UK
Have experience leading and coaching sports teams or organizing sports activities.
DBS registered on the update system or willing to purchase one
Be comfortable and adaptable working in different environments
Good knowledge of the PE curriculum
Marking and planning are compulsory with this role
Have strong classroom management skills.
A QTS or PGCE or overseas equivalent
