Location: Tamworth - onsite
Hours: Flexible - open to applicants wanting from 20 hours per week up to full time
Salary: £13,000-£25,000 Dependent on hours and experience

Your Role as Bookkeeper

You’ll play a key role in supporting their clients with their financial needs. From maintaining accurate records to submitting VAT returns, your responsibilities will include:

* Preparing client bookkeeping, including full bank reconciliation.

* Recording financial transactions such as sales invoices, receipts, and payments.

* Submitting accurate VAT returns.

* Reconciling entries in accounting systems.

* Providing administrative and client support with excellent communication.

* Essential Skills:
Experience with Sage 50 Accounting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
A minimum of 2 years of office experience.
Strong English and Maths skills.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and deadline-meeting abilities.

* Bonus Points:
Knowledge of Xero and QuickBooks.
