Role Overview:
As a Nursery Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting the nursery class, helping to create a stimulating and safe learning environment for the children. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent, such as Early Years Workforce qualification), especially those with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and experience in personal care tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the nursery teacher in planning and delivering engaging educational activities.
Provide tailored support for children with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met.
Create a warm, inclusive, and safe environment for all children.
Support children with personal care routines and contribute to their well-being.
Maintain records of children's progress and behavioral observations.Ideal Candidate:

CACHE Level 3 qualification or Early Years Workforce qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience in early years settings.
Strong passion for supporting children with SEN.
Upbeat, personable, and able to build quick rapport with children, staff, and parents.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
