Are you a Transport Planner or similar looking to further your career with a small family-run logistics company who offer on-the-job training, and the opportunity to progress? Do you want a long-term, stable days-based role where you can expand your knowledge and develop new skills?

On offer is the opportunity to join an expanding logistics company that specialise in general haulage and covering anything from dangerous goods to food transportation. Known for their great customer service over the last 20 years, the tight-knit, friendly team offer UK and EU wide services and same day deliveries.

In this varied role you will plan and coordinate transportation routes to ensure the efficient delivery of goods, collaborating with internal teams to meet order fulfillment targets. You will monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery, optimize transportation processes to reduce costs, and maintain accurate records of transportation activities. As the main point of contact, you will liaise with drivers, carriers, and customers to resolve any issues that arise, ensuring smooth operations both domestically and internationally.

This role would suit a Transport Planner or similar looking for the exciting opportunity to join a growing, family-run logistics company that cover a range of different haulage needs across the UK and Europe and progress your career through on the job training and progression.
