An established recycling company based in Smethwick requires an experienced heavy plant fitter for the night shift.
Duties:
* Carrying out planned maintenance and breakdown repairs on mobile and fixed plant equipment including 360 excavators, loading shovels, forklifts, shredders and conveyors etc.
* Plant safety inspections.
* TIG and MIG welding.
Requirements:
* Experience in the repair and maintenance of heavy plant equipment preferably in a scrapyard / recycling environment.
* MIG and TIG welding experience.
* Own tools required.
Hours:
* 4pm to 3am Monday to Friday. (Night shift)
* Overtime as required.
This is a permanent position that starts immediately
