Salary Range: £40-50k

The Opportunity:
This company is a start-up with a phenomenal track record of growth since launch. They have already secured relationships with many top tier brands in their field.
They are looking for a Business Analyst to work across all functions of their business, including sales, customer success, and engineering.
As well as providing metrics for internal consumption, the role of the Data Analyst is to provide metrics and data visualization for key enterprise level customers, demonstrating tangible improvements through the use of their product.
This is a vital role, and the Data Analyst will be expected to work with a high degree of autonomy, producing and communicating their findings to internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of knowledge, technology and data literacy.
The Role:
- Extract, analyse and visualise key metrics to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Visualise data using common data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau etc
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to define requirements of our biggest enterprise clients for the analysis into the performance of our products
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives and business planning
- Use statistical methods and tools to solve business problems and provide data-driven recommendations
- Communicate findings and insights through effective data storytelling, visualizations, and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing data quality checks and validation
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence
The Candidate:
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with business intelligence platforms and tools
- Knowledge of database management and data warehousing concepts
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and tools
- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Experience in industries such as construction, utilities or infrastructure is a plus
