Poszukujemy innowacyjnego i myślącego przyszłościowo Senior Quality Managera, który dołączy do naszego zespołu na czas określony. Na tym stanowisku w zespole AB Neo będziesz nadzorować i utrzymywać najwyższe standardy zapewniania jakości i zgodności z przepisami. Będziesz kierować działaniami na rzecz ciągłego doskonalenia i wspierać różne projekty jakościowe, aby zapewnić, że zakład skutecznie spełnia wszystkie wymagania dotyczące zapewnienia jakości i wymogi prawne. Dołącz do naszej międzynarodowej firmy i ciesz się elastycznymi warunkami pracy we wspierającym i dynamicznym środowisku zespołowym.

 

Twoje obowiązki będą obejmować:

  • Wyznaczanie kierunków jakości dla zakładu i współpraca z szerszym zespołem AB Neo QA.
  • Zarządzanie stosowaniem polityki jakości AB Agri i AB Neo oraz ogólnych systemów zarządzania HACCP.
  • Prowadzenie inicjatyw jakościowych w całym zakładzie i identyfikowanie możliwości poprawy.
  • Zapewnianie wiedzy technicznej, doradztwa, wskazówek, wsparcia i coachingu.
  • Ułatwianie wdrażania standardów i wymagań AB Agri i AB Neo.
  • Zapewnienie realizacji kluczowych wskaźników jakości w zakładzie oraz aktualności i wdrożenia systemów zarządzania jakością.
  • Zarządzanie wnioskami o informacje i wspieranie ukończenia audytu.
  • Nadzorowanie zatwierdzania i oceny dostawców oraz wspieranie zarządzania dostawcami w celu zapewnienia zgodności.
  • Zapewnianie zatwierdzania i oceny surowców oraz wspieranie zarządzania surowcami w celu zapewnienia zgodności.

 

Jest to świetna okazja dla osób metodycznych, zwracających uwagę na szczegóły i posiadających doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne. Zainteresowanie procesami produkcyjnymi i ciągłym doskonaleniem procesów odzwierciedla proaktywne podejście do zwiększania wydajności operacyjnej.
