MKJ Ignite are delighted to be working with one of the fastest growing Health & Wellness brands in the UK. The business sells products which are scientifically proven to improve the Health of its consumers. As a result of experiencing double digit growth for the last few years, they’re now looking to bolster their leadership team by hiring a Marketing Director.
Working closely with the founder and leading a team of 4, you will bring strategic and operational marketing capability to this rapidly scaling business.
What skills do you need to have to be considered?
⭐️A minimum of 6 years Marketing experience.
⭐️In-house Marketing experience for a Health & Wellness brand is essential, ideally for a start-up/challenger brand.
⭐️Omni-channel experience, ideally with Digital and D2C understanding
⭐️Experience of managing high performing teams
⭐️An ability to operate and lead effectively from home.
⭐️An amazing attitude, you need to be super driven, sociable and ambitious
