Your Role:
Clinical Pharmacist - A Catalyst for Change

As a Clinical Pharmacist at Screen Clinical, you’ll be at the forefront of healthcare innovation. You won’t just fill prescriptions;
you’ll transform lives.In this role, you’ll:

· Optimise patient care and medication therapies

· Collaborate with primary care teams to deliver improved healthcare outcomes

· Showcase the power of third-party support in General Practice

-Ongoing CPD support to help you become a clinical expert in long term conditions eg Asthma, COPD and diabetes

Essential Criteria

-A current driving licence with no more than 6 points

-The successful candidate must be open and willing to develop, be hard working and take pride in delivering excellence. They will have excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously while developing rapport with a range of multidisciplinary teams.
