Copello are looking for an experience Export Assistant to join a defence business. This will be a rolling month by month temp position covering staff.


Duties:

  • Review, approval and recordkeeping for export controlled transactions
  • Preparing draft end user documentation (Consignee Undertakings & End User Undertakings)
  • Review & approval of end user documentation
  • Export Licence determinations (OIEL & OGEL)
  • Export Licence applications (SIEL)
  • Maintaining both detailed & overview spreadsheets
  • Working with the Customer Service team to pro-actively ensure export control requirements (as above) are completed in a timely manner
  • Liaising with Despatch team to pro-actively ensure export controlled shipments are completed in a compliant and timely manner
  • Support Export Control Manager with other ad hoc export control tasks as required
