Outside Sales – Southern England (Hertfordshire, Essex, Kent)

Our client is seeking a motivated, entry-level Sales Representative to join their team in the Southern England region. They manufacture and supplies advanced performance lubricants for heavy machinery. In this field-based sales role, you'll build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers, helping them solve their industrial needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers through field visits.
  • Deliver engaging and consultative sales presentations.
  • Prioritise and plan daily activities to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Attend client meetings on-site to review service levels and ensure customer needs are met.
  • Utilise company technology to manage orders in line with policies and industry standards.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all organisational levels.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities and a consultative approach.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.
  • Professional appearance and approach.
  • A full UK driving license and access to reliable transport.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK—no visa or visa sponsorship available.


Ideal Candidate:

  • No previous sales or industry experience required.
  • Enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working outside regular office hours to meet customer and business needs.
