Here at GXO Logistics, we’re looking for a Contract Manager  to join the team at our Multi-Customer site in Rotherham. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer-Facing Contract Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle with customers, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met, whilst supporting also the day to day operations of the site.

This is a permanent, full-time role where you’ll be predominately working Monday – Friday… however some flexibility would be great, this is logistics after all

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £55,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Ensure key contractual SLA’s and KPI’s are archived across the site
  • Full responsibility for customer reporting requirements including monthly and quarterly reviews.
  • Stock integrity daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly review and reporting.
  • Address and resolve any customer issues related to contract performance or obligations.
  • Work closely with finance teams to ensure contract terms are consistent with company objectives.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Have demonstrable experience in a fast-moving E-Fulfilment & retail logistics operation experience
  • Awareness of differing commercial mechanisms as well as understanding P&Ls
  • Proven success in delivering costs, KPIs and good knowledge of CI principles
  • Excellent people management skills with the ability to build credible and strong professional relationships at all levels
